Bill brings to Rich-Port over 30 years of global hospitality experience in developing, building and renovating high-end hospitality assets in world-class markets.   He has successfully executed projects around the globe including the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe and the Caribbean.

 

He is experienced in all phases of project programming, design development and the complete scope of project execution.  He is adept at oversight of multiple complex projects from the RFP bid process, contract negotiations, design team selection and coordination, budget and schedule development/monitoring and quality control.

 

Before launching Rich-Port Hospitality, Bill's career included senior executive positions in a Fortune 500 corporate setting, executing projects with significant equity deployment as an Owner’s representative; in a boutique development firm, providing expert third-party services to diverse clients; and leading a successful hospitality general contractor through a change of control transaction.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Facilities, Design & Development from Cornell University's SC Johnson College of Business in Ithaca, New York.
